To be eligible for any Grand Prize or Bonus Prize, Sales Associates must sell a minimum of $5,000 in written protection sales during the two-month contest period.

Protection Mix % = (Total Protection Sales Γ· Total Furniture Sales) Γ— 100

Example: $1,000 in protection on $10,000 in furniture = 10% mix

    Log your furniture and protection sales each day through the dashboard by 11:59 PM.

    Your protection mix percentage is calculated automatically and updates in real-time.

    Monitor your tier placement and estimated earnings on the live leaderboard.

    Verification
    All entries are verified against POS data weekly to ensure accuracy.

What protection plans qualify?

All Home Elite Care protection plans count toward your mix percentage.

Can I submit entries for past days?

Yes, you can submit or correct entries until the end of the contest period. After the contest ends, entries are locked and cannot be modified.

How are ties broken?

Ties are broken by: 1) Total protection dollars sold, 2) Number of protection plans sold, 3) Consistency (fewer days with 0% mix). Don't forget to call and offer second chance purchase to customers that declined coverage.

Do online sales count?

Yes! Sales attributed to your associate ID through any channel (in-store, online, phone) count toward your totals.

What if a customer cancels their protection plan?

Cancellations within the contest period will be deducted from your totals. Plans canceled after March 31 do not affect your contest standings.
